All products are listed with quality images and descriptions so we expect every customer to be 100% satisfied but recognize issues can sometimes come up. We will work very hard to ensure complete satisfaction and offer a 30 day merchandise exchange or merchandise credit.
Should an item arrive damaged you MUST NOT open the box unless an authorized shipping representative is present, otherwise you risk not getting the item replaced. If the item arrives damaged we will exchange the product once an insurance claim has been processed when applicable.
